Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
If you desire expedited service, please select such at checkout. Otherwise, your order will ship "standard" as follows:
- Most items will ship via USPS Ground Advantage* (2-5 business days).
- Within the USA, large items (looms, etc.) will ship via UPS Standard (3-7 business days).
- Books and some magazines will be sent via USPS Media Mail (5-8 business days).
- Tracking numbers will be provided in all cases.
LOCAL PICK UP (IRVINE, CA) is available to my SoCal customers. Once I receive your order, I will contact you via email to arrange a pick up date and time. Please DO NOT drop by unexpectedly, as pick up is at a residential address.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS, please note, I ship solely via United States Postal Service (USPS) to Canada. This is at the request of past Canadian customers who have said that USPS is preferable to UPS. Canadian customers are responsible for paying any and all customs/import duties and fees. Make & Made Fiber Crafts is not responsible for such and will not issue refunds for such.

Returns & Exchanges
I strive for happy customers! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with what you ordered, simply return it to me unused and in its original packaging with a note requesting that the item be exchanged, replaced, or refunded within 30 days of purchase (see Exclusions below).
To expedite your request, please include the original packing slip or include your full name, mailing address, and email address. Mail to Make & Made Fiber Crafts, 5325 Alton Pkwy, Ste. C, #288, Irvine, CA 92604, USA.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return a product and receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me, unless the item was sent in error (see Fulfillment Errors below) or damaged (see Damaged Items below). In those cases, please send me an email to make shipping arrangements.
EXCLUSIONS
PRINT MATERIALS (incl. books and magazines), DIGITAL PATTERNS, and SALE ITEMS which are designated "FINAL SALE" are non-refundable. For your convenience, I've added all non-refundable items to this "FINAL SALE" collection.
FULFILLMENT ERRORS
Regrettably, mistakes happen. If I make a mistake in fulfilling your order and send you a wrong item, please contact me right away by sending me an email. I will make arrangements for you to return the item free of charge, and I will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Unfortunately, items may sometimes be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me right away by sending me an email. I will gladly make arrangements for you to return the damaged item to me free of charge, and I will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
