Zip Cowl Hand-knit with Crocheted Detail, #409

This cuddly cowl will keep your neck warm while adding some flair to any casual outfit.

This bandana-style cowl was knit by Ariane Gallizzi for her Zipped Cowl pattern using Baah Yarn's Savannah (of which, every skein is carefully hand painted in small batches in Baah's Las Vegas studio).

As is customary with a bandana style, the back is shorter than the front to prevent excess fabric from bunching up in back. Plus, Ariane has included some pretty back decreases which add to the fit while providing a nice bit of design detail.
