A classic motif featuring big, bold colors and a lot of texture

Every pillow I make is unique… meticulously handcrafted from high-end materials with care and attention to detail. For this 12” x 12” pillow, I used Noro yarn, which is 100% wool sourced from certified organic farms, dyed and spun in Japan. I’m a huge fan of this yarn, which is known for its vivid, nature-inspired hues, unique color combinations, and natural texture. Knit up, it epitomizes warm and cozy comfort… like a sweater for your couch!

Front: Hand-knit, 100% wool
Lining & Back: 100% cotton canvas (blue denim with navy print)
Hidden zipper for easy cover removal
Reinforced seams

Spot clean or hand wash in cold water with gentle soap. Do not agitate, as wool may felt. Hang or lay flat to dry.

Available with or without pillow insert. Insert is made of high-quality, hypo-allergenic, synthetic down with a soft yet durable woven polyester/cotton blend fabric cover; handmade in the USA.

Ships from Irvine, CA -- Orders placed before 4pm, M-F or before noon Sat will ship same day; all other orders ship next business day; any delay will be communicated via email.

Actual pillow cover dimensions may vary slightly (+/- 0.5"). Slight imperfections are not uncommon in Noro yarns, which are characterized by a natural, handspun texture.

According to quilt historians, the Log Cabin motif became especially popular in 1863, when the Union army was raising money for the Civil War by raffling quilts. The pattern may have been a symbol of loyalty to Abraham Lincoln as head of the Union. It was in a log cabin in Kentucky that Lincoln was born, and others where he lived in both Indiana and Illinois.
