Miss Lizzi Cowl - Knit Kit

Designed by Ariane Gallizzi, the Miss Lizzi Cowl features a sweet scalloped edge juxtaposed with a bold, modern, asymmetric shape.

The pattern includes two versions, one of which is slightly shorter in front than the other, both of which can be knit either in a single colorway or two (see photo of striped version). The cowls are knit from the bottom up with the border worked flat in garter stitch short rows. Once the border is complete, you join in the round to knit the body of the cowl. 

Of her pattern, Ariane says, "I love to combine short rows and garter stitch because you don’t have to pick up your wraps; they just magically disappear in the fabric."

Our kits pair Ariane's pattern with Zen Yarn Garden's Serenity 20, which is a luxurious blend of 70% superfine, superwash merino, 20% cashmere, and 10% nylon, fingering weight yarn that drapes beautifully and is super soft to the touch.
