When I shop online, I look for secure websites I can trust…and I assume you do too! That's why I work to keep your information secure, and I partner only with experts who value customers' privacy and security as much as I do.

Shopify, Inc. is my web host, e-commerce platform, and mobile POS system. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and stores all data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you would like more information, please refer to Shopify's Terms of Service and Shopify's Privacy Policy.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I COLLECT?

I collect information from you when you create an account, place an order, enter a contest, respond to a survey, reply to an e-mail, or participate in any other site feature. I ask for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, and other information necessary to facilitate the aforementioned. I collect information about gift recipients in order to fulfill gift purchases. Information collected about gift recipients is never used for marketing purposes. I use "cookies" to enhance your shopping experience and gather information about visitors and visits to my website. Please refer to the "Do we use cookies?" section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

HOW DO I USE YOUR INFORMATION?

I may use the information I collect from you in the following ways: To personalize your site experience and to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested. To better serve you when responding to your customer service requests. To quickly process your transactions. To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature. Should you opt-in to my newsletter and/or other marketing communications, I will send you periodic emails with product announcements, special offers, discounts and more. You will NOT receive these emails unless you opt-in, and you can "unsubscribe" at any time.

Giving Consent

When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you inherently consent to the collection and use of it as described above.

If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Withdrawing Consent

If, after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email (i.e. those not specifically related to a purchase) I send you. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL & PAYMENT INFORMATION

To protect your personal information, I take precaution and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted using AES-256 bit encryption through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and service providers. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. The term "outside parties" does not include my business. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist me in operating my website, conducting my business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. 

In general, these third-party providers will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information I are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. I are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Once you leave my store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or my website’s Terms of Service.

I may also release your information when I believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce my site policies, or protect my or others' rights, property, or safety. 

DO I USE "COOKIES"?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

Cookies help my site remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They help me understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables me to provide you with improved services. Cookies help me compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction to help me improve my website. I may contract with third-party service providers to assist me in better understanding my site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on my behalf except to help me conduct and improve my business. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies, through your browser settings. If you turn cookies off, you may not have access to certain features, and you may find that certain features don't function properly.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

I reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you here that it has been updated.

If my store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to sell products to you.
