Steel Drum Ornaments - Angels

Each of these handcrafted angel ornaments is a one-of-a-kind, made by hand by the artisans of Croix des Bouquets, Haiti.

Standing approximately 5" tall, each angel's wings are made by a skilled metalsmith by handcutting fragments of steel taken from the 55-gallon oil drums used to transport oil to Haiti. A second artisan then adds the head and body which are made from tightly coils strips of recycled calendar pages and printed cardboard, sealed with a clear, glossy finish. No two angels are exactly alike. Each includes a red ribbon for hanging.

To clean, simply wipe with dry cloth. 

Given the handmade nature of this product please allow for minor variations. The recycled paper will vary from piece to piece, so pattern and colors will vary.
